- AL GHAFAQ LIFESTYLE CONSULTANCY is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Any personal data provided for customization or production purposes is handled securely and retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your order, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are confirmed before production begins.
- Payments may be made via secure payment methods, including installment providers, bank transfer, or cash on delivery (where available).
- Full payment is required before production begins for personalized items.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated preparation time: 2–4 business days
- Estimated delivery time: 1 business day after dispatch
Delivery fees:
- AED 25 – All Emirates
- AED 30–50 – Western Abu Dhabi region
While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, AL GHAFAQ LIFESTYLE CONSULTANCY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by us.
- Non-customized products may be eligible for returns if unused and in original packaging, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AL GHAFAQ LIFESTYLE CONSULTANCY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or Services.
